Privacy

NORDICS collects only the information you choose to submit through the enquiry and newsletter forms on this website.

What we collect

Business enquiries: company name, contact name, job title, email address, optional telephone number, country, company website, the areas and Nordic markets you select, an optional timeline and the message you write.

Contact and partnership messages: name, company, email address, optional website, subject and message.

The Nordics Brief: your email address, the page you signed up from and the time consent was given.

Why we process it

Enquiry information is used to assess your request, respond to it and consider relevant connections or opportunities. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the Nordics Brief.

Enquiry consent and newsletter consent are kept separate. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to the Brief.

Storage and sharing

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable from this website, and notification emails are sent to NORDICS. Information is not sold, and it is not shared for advertising purposes.

Information is kept only as long as it remains relevant to the enquiry or your newsletter subscription.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw newsletter consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics scripts. If non-essential analytics are introduced later, consent will be requested first.

Questions about information held by NORDICS can be raised through the contact page. This page describes current practice in plain language and is intended for review by a legal adviser before full commercial launch.
